Polish Sodas
Europeans hate being able to remove caps

The first two are not polish but needed to be included in the lineup.

Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray
I bought this as a joke. Plant soda. Celery flavored. I thought the odds of it being tolerable were slim->none. I've been humbled, this is an incredible soda. I had bought a six pack because there was no single serve cans and I highly recommend you do the same, the first one is so strange that you can't really comprehend what you're drinking. But once your taste buds are recalibrated the second can is a joy. Finally, a soda for vegetarians. 9/10.
Iron Kettle Farm Blackberry Cider
This was purchased in yokel-ville New York. I left the big jug in a hot car for a little longer than I would have liked, and then was too impatient to try it after putting it in the fridge, initially I thought it was a 5/10, but that was my own fault for drink it while it was lukewarm. Once I forgot about it and it was properly chilled it was a swell refreshing brown which pleased me to such an extent that I started hooting into my jug. 8/10.
Oranżada
Starting off the polish section with a classic beverage. Despite being called orange-aide it is aggressively red, at the supermarket I see that this brand has also started moving into the candy and ice cream market. Did not try either of the latter. 6/10.
Liptop Raspberry Sparkling Ice Tea
Fairly good, in the diet category despite no clear label implying such a thing. I thought that an ice tea soda would be kind of gross but it works. I ate this with something called long chips which is like Pringles except in a long flat sheet like if you sliced a piece of paper into 4 slivers. 7/10.
Mountain Dew Pitch Black
I should have guessed, bog standard grape soda, 4/10.
XO Ginger & Lemon
3/10, plant based is a funny label to put on a soda, but come on, high fiber? What are we doing here? Has everyone gone nuts?
Kinley Cherry Pepper
Interesting stuff at play here, I initially thought that it would be a knockoff Dr.Pepper, but it's not, it's a regular cherry soda that's been made a little bit spicy almost. I was given another bottle for free later in my trip by some criers huddled around a promotional cart in the park. It seems to go flat within minutes of opening the bottle. 7/10.
Coke Lemon
9/10 delightful. The European nutrition info that lists kilojoules instead of calories always tickles me. I'll never bother to figure out the conversion. Tasty treat, best enjoyed in a hammock.
Tymbark Gazzz Apple Watermelon
5/10 apple watermelon, it's alright but also sort of like drinking a lollipop.
Le Moniada Watermelon Lemon Apple
Doesn't taste like drinking a lollipop, 33% juice and no added sugar. I'm maxing out my polish ability to decipher the nutrition info that says the split is 30% apple 2% lemon 1% watermelon. I wasn't born yesterday. I know that all the grape juices are just apple juice dyed purple. I'm bitter and jaded. But one would think, you get so little liquid out of an apple, but lemons and watermelon, those are almost entirely liquid. What sort of system have we created that it makes more sense economically to fill a can with apple liquid than lemon liquid or watermelon liquid? 5/10.
